The Character Funnel is a unique feature of the Dungeon Crawl Classics role-playing system; it the starting point of every new DCC campaign. In the Character Funnel, a band of lowly zero-level peasants, armed only with the tools from their humble occupations, sets off on an adventure to prove that they are worthy of being called Adventurers. Most will perish on this first adventurer, but those few who do survive will earn the right of choosing a character class, and start new lives as First Level Characters
The Zero-Level Character Generator is designed to allow Players and Judges (the title used for GMs in DCC) the ability to quickly generates zero-level characters. This generator allows for options for increasing the survivability of the characters by modifying the 3d6 ability score rolls and by maximzing the number of hit points the characters start off with.
