Once a splendid city of commerce and high culture, decades of neglect, poor urban planning, pacts with otherworldly beings and demonic rituals have transformed this once beautiful city into the City of the Mad. The good hard working residents, who built the city, have moved out. Their homes now are the lairs of goblins, orcs, bugbears and other such foul creatures. The once magnificent City Hall is now the residence of the Lich Queen and her undead horde. Only the brave or foolish dare to enter the City, seeking wealth, fortune and glory in their quest to uncover the hidden treasures and dark secrets found within the City.
