Martraya is the Goddess of Law, and the patron deity for the Knights of Law. Martraya frequently visits the Prime Material Plane to aid her followers in their times of need.
On the Prime Material Plane Martraya takes the form of a tall and beautiful human woman, clan in plate mail armour and armed with a pair of magical long swords. Martraya is seldom encountered alone. When encountered, Martraya will typically be in the company of her loyal Knights and followers. The size of her escort will vary from a small force of a dozen elite Knights to a massive force of Knights, Peasant Foot Soldiers and Followers numbering in the hundreds.
Martraya fights with two magical long swords: Auyora, the Demon Slayer (right hand) and Fellwyn, the Storm Maker (left hand). Martraya dual wields both of these blades without any penalties and received two attacks for each of these weapons per turn.
Auyora, the Demon Slayer. Auyora is a +3 long sword, and does 4 to 11 (1D8 +3) points of damage to a small or medium sized creature and 4 to 15 (1D12 +3) points of damage to a large sized creature. If the creature Auyora strikes is an evil aligned extra planar creature (i.e. a demon or devil), then Auyora will inflict an additional 4 to 32 (4D8) points of radiant damage.
Fellwyn, the Storm Maker. Fellwyn is a +1 long sword, and does 2 to 9 (1D8 +1) points of damage to a small or medium sized creature and 2 to 13 (1D12 +1) points of damage to a large sized creature. In addition to this damage, Fellwyn will inflict 1 to 10 points (1D10) of lighting damage.
Aura of Inspiration. Martraya is able to inspire her followers in battle through her Aura of Inspiration. How the Aura of Inspiration works is that Martraya automatically projects a 60 foot radius aura around her (the aura extends 60 feet from her). Any of her followers who are within the radius of the aura will find inspiration in Martraya and will receive a +2 bonus to their attack and damage rolls.*
*Martraya's Aura of Inspiration does not stack with the +1 aura granted by a Knight Lord. Thus, if there is a follower within the both the Aura of Inspiration and the Knight Lord's Aura, only the highest bonus will apply (+2 bonus).
Martraya receives 90% resistance to all spell based attacks (i.e. Fireball, Sleep, Stinking Cloud).
Martraya receives the Saving Throws of a 15th Level Fighter.

In addition to the Knights and Peasant Foot Soldiers, Martraya may also be accompanied by Non-Militant Followers. The Non-Militant Followers are peasant followers devoted to the Goddess. While the Non-Militant Followers are non-combatants they will fight with courage and determination in the presence of their Goddess. The Non-Militant Follower do not wear armour and are armed with a variety of improvised and makeshift weapons.
For every 20 Non-Militant Followers there will be a Deacon. The Deacons serve as organizers and leaders for the Non-Militant Followers. The Deacons are 2nd level Clerics, and have access to the Clerical Spells and abilities of a 2nd Level Cleric. The Deacons are outfitted with simple Clerical Robes, and are armed with non-edged weapons, such as quarter staffs and maces.
